  • Select a location to save the file to

  • You need to open the .qbo file you saved on your computer
  • Select the existing QuickBooks account under the bank account
  • The last step is to click on the OK tab when you see the error message, and QuickBooks will read the data from your web connection

Solution 4: Update QuickBooks Desktop
