  5. Then click “Exit.”
  6. Check if you can access the company file in QuickBooks.

Solution 3: Single Mode User Check

  • The computer should be restarted.
  • The data file should be copied to the desktop or to a location other than its original location.
  • Recopy the data file to its original location.
  • Sign in to QuickBooks with your credentials.
